Filament Introduction
Engineered for Reliable, Stable Printing. We control the following critical factors:
- Precision Diameter for Consistent Extrusion
With strict ±0.03mm tolerance, This guarantees smooth extrusion layer after layer.
- Multi-Stage Drying & Moisture Control
TPU is extremely more moisture-sensitive than PLA.
The drying temp is more higher and time is more longer.
This results in lower production capacity. However, in order to ensure consumers can achieve the best possible printing results, we adhere to this strict production process.
- Stable Layer Adhesion for Strong Functional Parts
This leads to excellent layer bonding, giving printed parts strong flexibility without weak joints or easy tearing.
